Annual eye health evaluations are very important, as they can identify early signs of eye disease. We perform comprehensive eye examinations that thoroughly evaluate the eye from front to back. Hamilton Eye Associates is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology to aid our doctors in early detection and prevention of eye disease. Yearly eye exams are very important for all patients, but especially for those over the age of 60, as the risk for eye disease increases with age. Early diagnosis and treatment can greatly improve visual outcomes and help prevent vision loss.

About Dr. Hamilton
Dr. Derek Hamilton graduated from Michigan College of Optometry. He has volunteered his optometric services in the South American country of Guyana. A leader in his profession, Dr. Hamilton is a member of the American Optometric Association’s Continuing Education Committee.
